Where does Belle Kalista Beauty get its products?
We source our products from an international network of suppliers - who are meticulously vetted to meet the high standards we set for each and every product we sell. Our team of buyers are located in Asia, Europe and North America - with access to renown brands as well as undiscovered, independent beauty names.
How do you ensure your products are fresh and genuine?
Quality Control is at the heart of our philosophy, our belief that we would never sell an item that we wouldn't use ourselves. EVERY single item that we receive undergoes an intensive and meticulous inspection process that ensures each and every package is genuine and fresh. We emphasize a process of careful handling and storage of every product that we source. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you received, please let us know so we can make it right!
Why do some items look different from what I see on the shelves at major retailers?
Our ability to save the passings onto you, the customer, is primarily because we source our products from international markets. If we can find the freshest product at the best possible costs, we will purchase them - whether it comes from Seoul, Paris, London, Tokyo, Singapore, Munich - we make luxury beauty accessible to all.
Can I get samples?
Yes, however, we only offer samples when they are available.
How do I know when an item is available again?

How do I know which product would suit me best?
We make it simple for you to find a product that fits your needs! We organize our products by category, brands, preferences and needs (such as skin care concerns) to help you find that perfect product. How many Promotion codes can I use per order?
You may use one promo code per order. Promo codes are limited to one per household and account.
I forgot to apply a promo code to my order. Can I get a price adjustment or refund back?
Unfortunately, we are unable to apply any promotion/ discount codes once an order is placed. The good news is you can use this code for your next order. (Exclusions may apply)
How do I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment's tracking number. You can also check on the status of your shipment by logging into your account and click on 'my orders' and it will lead you to the page with your order details as well as your tracking number.
Can I edit my order?
Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, it is not possible to edit your order unless you contact us directly. If your fulfillment status states "Unfulfilled" we may be able to make changes to your order before it is shipped. Please note that we may either refund or bill you the difference for any changes in your order's total amount. Orders that have already shipped are not eligible for changes.
I entered the wrong address. Can this be fixed?
Once your order is placed, we cannot modify it. Please always make sure your shipping address and information is correct before placing your order.
I received the wrong item from my order, what are my options?
If you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us and we will get it sorted out right away.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once your order is submitted, it will be fulfilled and cannot be cancelled. Please always make sure your shipping address and information is correct before placing your order.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept most major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express card.
I do not have a PayPal account. Do I need to create one in order to place an order?
There’s no need to create a Paypal account to shop with us. Simply opt to check out as a guest at checkout if choosing to pay through PayPal's payment gateway.
I paid by credit card and I do not have a PayPal account. Why do I receive an email payment confirmation from PayPal after?
Since our website uses PayPal as our payment gateway, you will receive an order confirmation from Paypal, even when you check out as a guest.
How do I know my credit card information is protected on your site?
At Belle Kalista Beauty, we take your security seriously and go above and beyond to protect your information. Your credit card information is transmitted to us through a highly secure SSL connection, which cannot be intercepted. Once in our system your credit card information is encrypted, meaning no one has access to that information at any time. We are under a strict quarterly security audit and purge all credit card information after 60 days.
If I save my credit card information in my account is it safe?
Your auto-checkout credit card information is encrypted and protected by a password for your security. To ensure your information is never stolen, your password decryption only shows a portion of your credit card information meaning that if your password is stolen your information is still safe in our system.
